    The Elgo's NC can produce up to 10 cuts in one plate.
  • Nylon treaders. NYLON TREADERS
    The nylon treaders has been designed to support the material and don't sign the aluminium plates.

    The depth of groove isn't important when we cut material as long as machine, but if we need to cut longer material we can do with it.

    Hydraulic distribuitor and valves from german´s company Bosch-Rexroth, it is sold in Europe and easy to find at workshops not as happends with chinese products whitout dealers in Europe.

    The back gauge is a mechanized component easy to adjust and hight precision because his steel soul.
  • Protection guards. PROTECTION GUARDS
    The front guard can be opened to set at place the plate that we are going to cut, when the guard is opened the machine doesn't cut. It's the same for back guards, if it is open the machine doesn't start. It's an easy and safe system to prevent injures.
  • Front supports. FRONT SUPPORTS.
    The 3 front supports have a top gauge whose allow you to cut not parallel plates and also allow you to cut 1 mts long pieces.
  • Tool box. TOOL BOX
    At left side of the machine you can find a box where is the needed tools for working with the machine, also you can find the instruction manual.
  • Balls table. MESA
    All models of shear machines are provided with some balls in the front table, these falls make easy the plate movement and increase production because don't neeed two operators for plate supporting.
  • Back supports BACK SUPPORTS
    The back supports can allow introduce a traspale betwen them, it can be interesting for companyes with lots of pieces to cut. If you don't need it, only add a plate and you will get the cut material from back side.

Shear 6 / 3200 mm

This machine can cut up to 3 mts of steel plate (45 kg/mm2) or up to 3 mts 3mm staindless steel plate (70kg/mm2).

ELGO'S NC

The NC can move the backgauge with precision and you don't need to adjust it by hand. The NC reduces the production time and increases the profit moving the backgauge while the operatiors feed the machine.

NYLON TREADERS

The nylon material is strong and sweet at same time, it is used to hold plates during the cutting movement of weak plates, without sign the cutted material.

DEPTH OF GROOVE

The depth of groove are 2 holes made in the colums of the machine to allow the plates longer than machine to be cutted in 2 or more times.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.

The main hydraulic systems are provided by Bosch-Rexroth, it's a famous company by their quality and product's long live. Also you can find easy all their products anywhere you will are.

BACK GAUGE

The back gauge is one of the most important compoonents of the machine, because the precision and quality of the cutted material depends on it. Easy to adjust and fast to move it's really the best option.

SIDE'S PROTECTION GUARDS.

The side's guards protect the operators during the cutting movement but if you need to cut longer as machine it has to be removed.

T guide and front supports.

The T guide allow you to move the front guauge as long as you need to cut. 3 Front arms guarantee you a perfect support for all plates.

TOOL BOX

The tool box allow you to have all the needed tools (oil pump, instruction book, Allen tools... etc9 easy to find on it.

BALL'S TABLE

The ball's table allow movement of plates biggers than 4 mm to only one operator. It reduces the production time.
